The experience was literally terrible as room provided by the hotel was nowhere even close to standards of four star hotel. The door master lock was broken, kettle was non functional, shower knobs were broken, room was altogether smelly, TV was just lying to be scrapped and not working at all. Ancillaries provided by the hotel like shower gel was half used soap was not available no slipper no shower cap. Altogether it really made the stay uncomfortable and substandard. Overall facilities provided by hotel were not even close to 2 star hotel .

Breakfast needs a lot of improvement. Room service item must have complimentary like onion slices, lemon and likes. Being besides city's best park and around the leading shopping centre/ malls add to the pleasure. City view from room is so nice. One can spend hours seating on windows of the room

Check about internet availability as they could not resolve issue even in 3 days. There is no technical staff in hotel who can check and correct the problem. In room, net was not working and even after many reminders they did not take any interest to help me.

The location of the hotel is perfect to all the ones who are here coming for coaching institutes. it lies in mid of Vibrant, resonance, Career Point, Etoos etc. Facilities are exceptional, staff is helpful too.

I was for two days in this hotel and that was a nice stay. Nice and polite staff , good cleaning services and the food was good one . If you're coming Kota then check it out. The all types of service available. And natural place and peaceful.
